We like to kick off May with 50,000 other runners at Bloomsday. This year we ran with Ed's corporate cup team which means we got fancy schmancy matching (baby blue) shirts, an early start, and free post-run massage...although the line was too long for the massage and I was in a hurry for my post-run fries. We have to actually leave town to run together (something to do with all those kids) so we like Bloomsday, even though it's hilly and hot and crazy packed.
We got home in time for naps while I watched the Blind Side with Ava and Jack. Then Ed bbq'ed, while the kids biked. Summer's coming...I can feel it.
