Ava gets the whole week off and while she is excited, the other two are thrilled!She and Jack sat down and made a big to-do list of all the stuff they want to do together this week, including many things she misses while at school like Starbucks, lunch out, play dates, the library, etc. (who knew Jack's life was so exciting?!).
I let them watch cartoons this morning for a special treat while I slept in (hey, why should the kids get all the treats!) and when I finally got up they were snuggled in one chair with a pile of books, a cozy blanket, and more than a few stuffed animals. I gave them a cup of hot chocolate with a candy cane and you would have thought they'd died and gone to heaven!

what is your secret to sibling love and bonding? Carter and Theo fight and it makes me crazy! They are 4 years 3 months apart which might be a big issue but seriously, Theo can't even look at Carter without her freaking out lately.
Ahh Carissa, that Ava is a lover not a fighter. Jack can put up a good fight if necessary, but Ava rarely sees the point in it.
But everyone grows out of it eventually right? :) Hang in there!
